Vinci Give Me Five embodies the company's commitment to career guidance and integration for young people aged 12 to 25 from priority urban neighborhoods. This innovative program is based on five key schemes, designed to support young people at different stages of their educational and professional careers.

First and foremost, Give Me Five is committed to helping students choose the right career path, from the 5th to the 10th grades, in close partnership with the French Ministry of Education and 15 académies across France. In 2023-2024, over 10,000 secondary school students benefited from personalized support throughout the school year, helping them to better understand their future and consider the different opportunities open to them.

Mentoring is also an essential pillar of the program, with Vinci employees working with young people from 4th grade to Master's level. This mentoring relationship enables young people to benefit from sound advice, practical experience and professional networks, thus fostering their personal development and academic and professional success.

In addition, Give Me Five helps young people integrate into the world of work through internships and graduate internships, from Bac+3 to Master's degrees. These internship opportunities enable young people to put their academic skills into practice, explore different business sectors and familiarize themselves with the demands of the job market.

Apprenticeships also play a central role in the program, with work-study offers available from Bac+3 to Master's degrees. With more than 7,000 work-study students expected to join Vinci in 2022, Give Me Five offers young people the chance to combine theoretical training with professional experience, thereby promoting their professional integration and future employability.

Finally, Give Me Five specifically addresses the problem of integrating young people aged 18 to 25 who have neither training nor employment, by offering a scheme to help them return to sustainable employment. The program aims to help these young people with their social and professional reintegration, by offering them personalized support, tailored training and sustainable employment opportunities.
