Why and how to develop a Skills-based organization?

Tuesday February 4 saw the first NUMA HR Morning of the year , bringing together over 50 Learning Directors and HR Managers at the Albert School.

A morning among peers where Carine Legras (Head of Employee Learning & Development - Microsoft), Florence Strulovici (Group Strategic Workforce Planning & Skills Director - ENGIE), Lucie-Anna Oddon (Corporate Education & Partnerships Director - Albert School) and Anselme Jalon (CEO - NUMA) explored the keys to moving towards a Skills-based organization (SBO ).

In particular, they discussed :

  • The impact of Data and AI on skills mapping and its exploitation by HR and L&D teams.
  • The use of these reference systems to enhance employee employability and design tailor-made career paths
  • The role of the manager in this skills-oriented organization
  • Developing a culture of continuous learning to make the new system sustainable

From this event we have compiled the key ideas and best practices shared during the exchange in an exclusive white paper.
