The fight against global warming has become a major issue in our lives and in our businesses.

But how do you get to grips with the subject when you're a major group like L'Oréal? While it's nothing new - the group has been working on it since 1979 - this activity has been intensifying for some time now. In 2020, in fact, the company set up "L'Oréal for the future", a program aimed at reducing emissions not only from the company itself, but also from its consumers and suppliers.

Initially, L'Oréal did not wish to communicate on these advances. But recently, to make its employees aware of the real transformation of their jobs and the many challenges of the sustainable development program, Fanny de Jenlis was brought in to steer it all.

So in this exciting new episode, she explains:
