  • Projection: use the Clifton Strengths model to determine the skills required by the team over the next few years.

Part 2: Individual development

  • ‍Individual trajectories: how to develop your team in line with your strategic objectives. Who are your Leaders or Potentials, and what are the profiles of the new team members you'll need to recruit or train internally?
