Félix de Monts launched Vendredi fresh from his studies, at the age of 23. And after 9 years of intensive development, he needed to find himself again. So several months ago, he decided to take a sabbatical. Objective: redefine his personal and professional vision. And to do this, Félix needed to surround himself with the right people. Codev, mentoring, a close-knit community... he tried it all and tells us what he learned the most about it!

  • The differences between mentoring and codev, and the advantages of each.
