Pedagogical objectives

  • Identify meaningful professional activities.
  • Identify the subjects (projects, missions) to which you want to contribute more, because they give you meaning.

The program

  • Learn to identify what makes sense "in oneself" from what makes sense "for oneself".
  • Identify your essence, the impact you want to have around you (builder, innovator, federator...).
  • Write a first draft of your "why" and share it in pairs.
  • In small groups, define ways of expressing this in the company (missions, innovative areas, cross-functional projects) and in your personal life (associative or cultural commitments, etc.).

When you leave this workshop, you'll know...

  • Identify the professional activities that correspond to your values and what motivates you deeply.
  • Clearly identify the role you want to play and the impact you want to have in your professional life.
  • Communicate effectively about these aspirations, expressing them with confidence.

And it'll come in handy for...

  • Gain clarity: differentiate between what makes sense "in itself" and what makes sense for you.
  • Identify what you want to use your talents for.
  • Arbitrate when making important professional choices.
