In response to changing candidate expectations, Bouygues Telecom has overhauled its recruitment methods and processes to make them more attractive and effective. In order to achieve its objectives, embody its corporate culture and stand out in the market from its competitors, the teams have set up a compulsory three-stage training course for HR and managers:
An e-learning course entitled "Devenez manager recruteur" brings all the players into line. This e-learning, consisting of four episodes lasting a total of 1h20, reveals the keys to successful recruitment at Bouygues Telecom by following the journey of Charlie, a manager who recruits within the company. Topics covered include the legal framework,
interview preparation and assessment techniques. This program has trained 625 managers.
A half-day face-to-face training session, entitled "Harmonization of recruitment practices", is organized to answer questions, delve deeper into topics and put lessons learned into practice. To date, this initiative has been a resounding success, with twenty workshops held. These workshops have benefited an impressive 250 managers, who have been able to enhance their recruitment knowledge and skills.
As part of this approach, each participant benefits from personalized support provided by their human resources manager when working together on a specific recruitment requirement. This crucial step offers employees tailor-made support throughout the process. This one-to-one support goes beyond simple practical assistance; it also includes regular feedback sessions. This feedback enables participants to identify their strengths and areas for improvement, helping them to make continuous progress.
