The manager's role in the face of change

In this latest episode of Les Pieds dans le Plat, Claudio Vandi interviews Médina Hammouche, Sales Director at BeOp.

Changing jobs, moving country or having a baby inevitably has an impact on our lives within the company. But it's not all negative - on the contrary, it's an opportunity to change our practices and attitudes! For example, having a baby has changed Médina's attitude towards her contacts.

A few years later, Médina joined BeOp as Sales Manager. And this change of position brought with it its share of novelties... all the more so as she was about to go on maternity leave when she took up her new post. A few years later, Médina left Paris for Casablanca!

In this new episode, Médina tells us all about it!

On the program for this episode:

  • How can you adapt your professional life to major personal changes?
  • Tips for dealing with pregnancy in the workplace
  • Managing from another country, its best practices.
  • And finally, how do you manage Sales, especially in terms of objectives?

Enjoy!
