So, in addition to having to cope with the many new arrivals of a hyper-growth company, Clémence Fischer Viney also had to integrate a brand new Spanish team. While their professions are the same and they all speak a common language, their team in Spain is, on the other hand, in full-remote. Inevitably, this creates a few imbalances and requires a great deal of adaptation!
