In this latest episode of Les Pieds dans le Plat, Claudio Vandi welcomes Adrien Laurentin, CEO and co-founder of Mercateam.

"We're much more prepared to go from 0 to 1 than from 1 to 10.

This has been Adrien Laurentin's big learning curve over the last few months. With Mercateam, the first collaborative digital tool for tracking operator skills, training and assignments, they have just completed a Series A financing round to continue to accelerate and look to the international market. So, of course, there are many repercussions for the company, especially on the human side.

Onboarding, recruiting profiles, internal processes... everything needs to be rethought. And it's not always easy! As CEO, Adrien has learned to always question his role. So, in this new episode, he shares his greatest lessons with us: 

  • What changes as an organization grows, and how to adapt?
  • The importance of constant questioning to find the right model. 
  • Why and how can we create new, more suitable processes?
